Cordia is designed for people 55 and over who are ready to downsize to a larger life. Whether you are fully independent or could benefit from assistance, if the idea of being free from home maintenance and part of a community of interesting people is attractive to you, we hope you will pay us a visit. We have 30,000 square feet of common space and 110 private two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio residences within the renowned Village at Grand Traverse Commons. Residences are leased with no long term contracts and members pay a small, one-time Club initiation fee upon move in.
