Independent seniors who choose Club Living don’t have to worry about the tedious tasks of daily life like cleaning and yard work – we’ll do that for you! Instead, benefit from robust programming and enjoy the unique artistic, cultural, social, educational, and recreational options available in the lively Village at Grand Traverse Commons, and around town in Traverse City. Members enjoy living among our warm and friendly community where they can share meals in our dining spaces, new interests, and more!

No two residences of our 81 senior independent living apartments are the same. Many sport cathedral ceilings, large windows, full kitchens, ample sunlight and exposed brick walls. Our senior apartments in Traverse City range from studios to two-bedroom residences – and are priced based on square footage and location.
No Long-term Contract
No large, up-front payments are required, and we lease residences without long-term contracts. Club Living members pay a small, one-time Club initiation fee upon move-in.
Chore-free Living
Let Cordia take on the tasks you’re tired of, including cooking nutrient-rich meals, linen services, transportation and more. Weekly housekeeping, dining, utilities and other expenses are all included in a single monthly Club fee.
